Shipping Policy
Shipping will be calculated at checkout, all items are posted within 3 days after purchase. Items should be received within 8 working days Australia wide; potentially longer if you live in regional Australia.
I can ship internationally upon request. I use Australia Post as my carrier, thus a signature is required upon delivery.
Once an item is delivered, I am unable to bear responsibility for it. You must be available to receive your order, I am not liable for additional shipping fees should your order be returned and needs to be resent.
I endeavour to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible and suitable :)
Return & Exchange Policy
If your items are damaged in shipping please contact us within two days of receiving your item. I will require photographs of the damaged piece in its packaging. We can then discuss a replacement or refund depending on your individual case. Refunds will be of the item price and will not include shipping fees.
Refunds are not offered in the case that you have changed your mind.
All items are handmade, no two are identical. It is in these variables or 'imperfections' that make your pieces unique. Please keep this in mind when purchasing all handmade art.
